2. Personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact information — name, email, phone, company — when you submit a form, request a proposal, or correspond with us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device, referrer, pages visited — collected via essential cookies and (with consent) analytics cookies.
- Engagement data — content of your messages, meeting notes, contractual communications.

- To respond to your enquiries and deliver services you requested.

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with the following categories of processors, each bound by contractual or regulatory obligations to provide the same level of protection we do:
- Hostinger — infrastructure and application hosting in the India region (this website, our internal ERPNext CRM at
erp.vsjailabs.in, and OpenProject atpm.vsjailabs.in). - Resend — transactional email delivery for enquiry-form notifications.
- Let's Encrypt (ISRG) — TLS certificate issuance for HTTPS. No personal data is transferred.
We will update this list before enabling any additional processor (for example, an analytics provider). Consent controls in the cookie banner govern activation of any processor listed as opt-in.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside India. Where this occurs, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes stated, or to meet legal and contractual requirements. Specifically:
- Enquiry-form submissions — up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
- Cookie-consent records — 12 months, or until you clear them from your browser.
- Statutory records (invoicing, tax, contractual correspondence) — 7 years, as required by Indian law.

- Correct inaccurate data.

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
